Two of »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ's Associate Professors in Psychology, Dr. Jennifer McCabe and Dr. Dara Friedman-Wheeler, recently published a chapter in a new E-Book titled Essays from E-xcellence in Teaching: 2017. The E-Book is a collection of essays, centered around various aspects of and strategies for teaching psychology, originally published in the Society for the Teaching of Psychology's PsychTeacher listserv, blog, and LinkedIn page.

Dr. Friedman-Wheeler is back at »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ after a Fall 2017 sabbatical at McGill University in Montréal.

Dr. Nyasha Grayman-Simpson, Associate Professors of Psychology here at »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ, was recently awarded the Teaching Resource Prize from The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues (SPSSI) for her Black Psychology course syllabus.

The »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ Center for Psychology’s Attention and Perception Lab, led by Dr. Thomas Ghirardelli, had the opportunity to attend and present at the conference.

This past summer, two of »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ’s Center for Psychology faculty conducted summer research with students: Dr. Grayman-Simpson and Dr. Gillian Starkey. Both of these projects were funded by the »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ Summer Research Program.
