»ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõwill create the Collaborative Humanities Laboratory to enhance the study of visual, material, and historical culture using a $149,961 National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant. »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ was one of only five institutions nationwide to receive a grant from the NEH's Humanities Initiatives at Colleges and Universities.

Professor April Oettinger has been appointed a »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõing Senior Fellow at the National Gallery of Art's Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts.

April Oettinger, an associate professor of art history in »ÆÉ«Èí¼þ¶¶Òõ College's Art and Art History Department, has been named a recipient of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Summer Stipends award.
